The Government of Spain wants to promote the country’s cultural industry involving the youngest sector of society, which is why it has launched a check for 400 euros for young people who turn 18 years old. The objective is to make it easier for these citizens to enjoy cultural products and activities so that they get used to being part of the cultural activity of their cities, and for this it is convenient to know how to request the cultural bonus of 400 euros.
The application to receive the cultural bonus from the Government must be done through the Internet. The Ministry of Culture and Sports has enabled the page bonoculturajoven.gob.es so that citizens who have reached the age of majority can request it. When entering the web, you have to click on the button that says ‘Click here to request it’, to be able to log in and add your data.
Requirements to request the cultural bonus of 400 euros
Beyond being 18 years old, the requirements to request the cultural bonus of 400 euros also require have Spanish nationality or have legal residence established in the country. Citizens who have applied for asylum or temporary protection but do not meet the nationality requirement may also apply to receive this cultural check.
